Every repair order

A written inspection with measurements, not opinions

91 points inspected & recorded

Every car that comes in gets the same multi-point inspection, and you get the report in writing. Where a condition can be measured, it's measured and the number is on the sheet — so you can see how much life is left in a part instead of taking "it's getting low" on faith.

Scheduled-maintenance intervals are tracked against your car's actual service history — even if a previous shop or dealership missed a few items, you'll know exactly where your car stands.

Why an independent specialist

One technician, start to finish

At a dealership your car passes through a service writer, a dispatcher and whichever technician is free. Here, one Master Certified Technician takes the call, performs the diagnosis, does the repair and explains what was found. Nothing is lost in translation.

  • Master Certified on Mercedes-Benz. The top Mercedes-Benz technician certification level — earned on these cars, not a general import qualification.
  • You talk to the technician. No service-writer relay, no second-hand description of your car's symptoms.
  • Factory-level tooling. XENTRY/DAS diagnostics and documented Mercedes-Benz procedures, not a generic scan tool.
  • Focused, not high-volume. A small shop takes on a limited number of cars at a time, and your car isn't parked waiting for a queue.
  • Everything in writing. Findings, measurements and recommended work are documented on your repair order.

What to expect

Your first visit, step by step

No surprises, and no work performed without your approval. Here's how a job runs from the first phone call to handing back the keys.

  1. Call or email

Describe the symptom, the model and roughly how many miles are on it. You'll be told whether it's work for this shop and when a slot is open.

  2. Drop off & intake

Your car, mileage and concerns are written onto a repair order so the complaint being investigated is exactly the one you described.

  3. Diagnosis & inspection

Fault memory is read with factory software, the concern is verified, and the 91-point inspection is performed and recorded.

  4. Estimate & approval

You get the findings, the measurements and a written estimate. Work starts only after you approve it — and urgent items are separated from things that can wait.

  5. Repair & verification

The repair is performed to factory procedure and specification, then the fault is confirmed cleared and the car is road-tested.

  6. Pickup & paperwork

You leave with the inspection report, what was done, what was measured, and what to keep an eye on before the next service.

Tell us what the car is doing

Send the details and you'll get a reply from the technician who will actually work on the car. If it's urgent, calling is faster.

  • A real reply, not a call center. Requests go straight to the shop owner.
  • No diagnosis by guesswork. The more detail you give, the better the first phone call goes.
